We aim to be a friendly and welcoming church, which meets the worship and spiritual needs of people from a wide range of traditions. We welcome visitors and encourage newcomers to become involved at whatever level they feel comfortable with.

Our Regular Sunday Services

Said Eucharist - Common Worship; the Book of Common Prayer is used on the first Sunday of the month

Parish Eucharist in Church, followed by listening prayer ministry. At least once each month there is an all-age Eucharist - for details see the front page of this site and our weekly sheet

TfG@5 - Time for God at 5pm on the first Sunday of the month is our informal service with a focus for young people.

Occasional Choral Evensong or other services such as "Music and reflections"; otherwise Evening Prayer is normally said in the Holy Redeemer Chapel (see weekly sheet or contact Fr Felix to confirm details).

Listening Prayer Ministry
Immediately following the 10.15 service on most Sundays, anyone who has a problem they would like to share and be prayed for - or a happy event to give thanks for - can speak in total confidence to one of our small prayer team who will listen and pray with you.
This can also take the form of 'laying on of hands' as an outward sign of God's blessing, if you would like and feel comfortable with that.
This is a listening ministry where we will pray with you. We therefore place before God, the hope of any healing or a solution to problems.

Weekly Sheet

Each Saturday we publish a notice sheet which has  details of services and readings for Sunday and for the week ahead. Sheets for past weeks are here

Our traditional services mainly use the liturgy from 'Common Worship'. On the first Sunday of each month our 8am service uses the language of the 'Book of Common Prayer' and this is also used for  our occasional Choral Evensong.
